Its location is comfortable just off Yokohama port as well as Yamashita Park, train station, food outlets, shopping and China town. I enjoyed very efficient and attentive personnel that ensures guests have a real good stay.

Nice stop before last night before Haneda departure. Price to extend checkout was reasonable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free internet (although not wi- fi). Location was lovely, right on the bay. Room was a good size. Tea making facilities.
My only complaint was the rooms weren't very soundproof. We could hear people next door and walking around above.

During our Easter stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location near the harbor was a major plus, as it offered stunning views of the waterfront and easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the language barrier was a bit challenging, as some of the staff had limited English skills.
